4.5 Clean workshop is under management
1. Personal purification system and procedure: All personnel entering the clean workshop must strictly abide by the established personal purification system, route and procedure, and shall not be changed without authorization. Before entering, please wear clothes, hats and shoes according to the regulations to ensure that personal hygiene meets the standards.
2. Work code of conduct: When working in the clean workshop, the staff should keep the action slow, strictly abide by the operating procedures, avoid running, jumping, fighting and any unnecessary actions that are easy to produce dust, in order to reduce the interference to the clean environment.
3. Prohibited items: It is strictly prohibited to bring items unrelated to production and easy to produce dust into the clean workshop, including but not limited to personal food, beverages, cosmetics, etc.
4. Non-productive activities are prohibited: smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the clean workshop, and any non-productive activities are prohibited to ensure the cleanliness of the production environment and product quality.
4.6 Personal purification measures before entering
1. Dressing process: Before entering the clean workshop, personal clothes and items should be stored in the designated cabinet, remove makeup, and change into special clean work clothes. The dressing room should be operated in accordance with the prescribed undressing order, and the clothes should be placed in the designated wardrobe.
2. Changing shoes: Before entering the locker room, take off your personal shoes, place them in the designated shoe cabinet, and change them into clean work shoes.
3. Dress code: When taking out clean work clothes, if the package is not opened, you should carefully cut the package to avoid touching the packaging debris. Keep an upright posture when dressing, wear from top to bottom, avoid touching the clothes on the floor, tables, chairs and other unclean objects.
4.7 Precautions for exiting the clean workshop
1. Exit order: During or after the operation, personnel should exit the clean workshop in the prescribed order to prevent cross-contamination.
2. Changing area regulations: Clean work clothes should not be taken off before the changing area to keep the external environment clean.
3. Strip specification: Avoid touching the floor, table and other items when undressing, generally from the bottom to the top, folded and placed in a specific wardrobe.
4.8 Personnel access registration and density control
Number limit: The number of personnel entering the clean room should be kept to a minimum, ensuring that the density of personnel does not exceed 0.25 (the specific value can be adjusted according to the workshop area and clean level).
